HEY! I'M BRITNEY...
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BRAND
I’m Britney, a multi-hyphenate creative and strategist with 17 years of experience helping brands and leaders move through seasons of growth and transition. I have always lived at the intersection of business, creativity, and purpose, and I have never been someone who fits neatly into one lane.
My dual life is my superpower
For years I ran my businesses full time. When the market shifted and entrepreneurship became unpredictable, I did something many founders feel hesitant to admit. I dusted off my degree, leaned into my corporate experience, and went back to work.
Not as a step backward, but as a strategic move for the season I was in. It gave me stability, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.
Today I serve as a Group Account Director at Trade School, guiding the strategy and execution of InFronts, The Home Depot’s retail media flagship event. I lead teams, shape stories, and help bring high-impact ideas to life.
At the same time, I am still following my heart and building the brands that reflect who I am today:
Biz with Benefits, Iconiq Lab, and Aubrey Taylor. Each one represents a different expression of my creativity, curiosity, and calling. These pivots, transitions, and reinventions are how I became known as The Pivot Queen.
